By accessing or using SmartProfile.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform. SmartProfile.in is operated by Rajvi Enterprises.

2. Services

SmartProfile.in provides digital business profile creation, NFC card integration, QR code generation, and business directory listing services for individuals and businesses in India.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • You must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform
  • One person may not maintain more than one account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent business information
  • Use the platform for illegal activities
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform
  • Upload content that violates intellectual property rights
  • Spam or harass other users

5. Payments & Subscriptions

All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Subscription plans are billed annually. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code on SmartProfile.in is owned by Rajvi Enterprises. You retain ownership of content you upload to your profile.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at info@smartprofile.in.

8. Limitation of Liability

Rajvi Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of SmartProfile.in.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Thane, Maharashtra.
